Job Responsibilities:

8.Safety and Site Management: Responsible for ensuring safety in production, on-site management, labor protection, and environmental protection tasks.
Job Requirements:
1.Age under 40, with a college degree or above and knowledge of production management. At least 5 years of production management experience.
2.Strong coordination, organizational, and management abilities.
3.Familiarity with the processing technology of aluminum and magnesium deep-processed products, and knowledge of basic production management.
4.Skills: Mastery of safety production standards, product quality assurance processes, error-proofing methods, cycle time reduction, flexibility, single-piece flow, quick mold change, fixed and variable cost management, etc.
5.Over 10 years of PMC management experience in large manufacturing companies, with experience in ERP systems and working with Japanese or Taiwanese enterprises preferred.
